Strawberry
Production

Strawberry production in Mexico has been centralized in the state of Michoacán over the years with a share of over 65% according to the Secretary of Agriculture and Rural Development (2022). One of the zones that has been most consolidated is the Zamora Valley, which has favorable climatic and soil characteristics for the cultivation of this fruit.

In our constant commitment to offer exceptional strawberries in taste, texture and appearance, we have established our strawberry production operations in Zamora, Michoacán. Our farms are rooted in this fertile land, where each fruit carries with it the essence of the region.

Our mission in this division is to boost the growth and success of each grower, both in our own farms and in our producer base. Our direct connection with the growing process allows us to control and optimize every step, from soil selection to innovation in growing techniques.

Selection and Improvement

The quality of the strawberries begins with the proper selection of the soil and its improvement. Each location is carefully chosen, following the soil quality guidelines and other factors intrinsic to it, so that our strawberries grow in an environment that enhances its unique flavor and texture.

Management and Development

Success in strawberry production largely depends on how the crop is managed and developed, from soil preparation, plant nutrition, and pest and disease control. We monitor each phase of growth to ensure that our strawberries grow in optimal conditions.

Trends and
Innovation

Agriculture is a constantly evolving field, we are committed to staying ahead of the latest trends and innovations in strawberry growing.

Our team conducts trials and experiments to test new varieties, cultivation techniques, and management improvements.
